Our client is looking for a Professional, Highly Skilled, and Talented Fire Protection Project Manager to fill a role in Florida. Job Description:
- The Project Manager will be working on the Installation of Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Systems.
- Attend all meetings for the job.
- Take detailed notes about the project and write comprehensive reports.
- Creating a comprehensive listing that outlines the scope, budget, and allocation of resources for a fire protection project.
- Making sure everything is kept OSHA compliant, safe, and on schedule, as well as making all necessary changes and keeping all parties informed.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with the client for future projects.
Job Requirements:
- 5 Years Experience as a Fire Protection Manager.
- 100% experience in either Fire Alarm or Fire Sprinkler with a working knowledge of the other.
- NICET II or Better in Fire Sprinklers.
- NICET III or Better in Fire Alarms.
- Must be personable but strong and confident in working with people.
- Must be able to Write Detailed Reports.
- Must be on site and attend all meetings.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 (Depends on Certification and Experience)
